The seller showed me not only the most expensive models and then immediately pointed out the higher price including the differences to the current model and customer feedback. The shoes have a 3-year guarantee and even a small fee (50-60 €) will replace the soles. When registering as a customer in the system (no obligation and I was asked if I would like it) I was pointed to the half-yearly catalog by mail and could also decide immediately if I would like him. Incidentally, you do not need to remove the proof of purchase after registering as a customer - the purchase is stored in the system. Conclusion: this business will be my first starting point for new shoes in the future.
